Adelaide is likely to make just one change to its SANFL lineup as the Crows look to defend top spot in Sunday’s clash with 2015 Grand Finalists Woodville-West Torrens.
Selectors initally settled on the same starting sides as last weekend after both Adelaide teams defeated Port Adelaide in the AFL and SANFL.
However, the late withdrawal of midfielder Brad Crouch from Saturday's AFL clash with Richmond resulted in the promotion of Jarryd Lyons to the senior team on Friday morning.
Development players Matthew Spencely and Brock Castree have been added to an extended interchange as per SANFL rules. One of the pair will replace Lyons, with the final team to be confirmed on game day.
Riley Knight, who kicked a career-best four goals in last week’s 30-point win in Mannum, former captain Nathan van Berlo, and tough midfielder Cam Ellis-Yolmen will all be on standby for Saturday’s AFL clash with Richmond.
Woodville-West Torrens was the last club to defeat Adelaide at SANFL level and claimed victory in both meetings between the two sides last season.
Sunday’s match kicks off at 2.10pm at Maughan Thiem Hyundai Oval with free access for all Crows ticketed members.
A host of free family friendly activities are planned as part of the Eagles Carnival Day. A lightning carnival involving 39 junior teams is also planned for the day, starting from 10.35am.
