Successful teams need to develop new ideas while overcoming opposition tactics as the game continues to evolve rapidly, Crows coach Neil Craig writes in his latest ‘blog’ on afl.com.au

Heavy flooding and the “keepings off” tactics have been debated heavily in the media and by the public this season and both are the result of teams and players getting better in many aspects of the game.

As Neil notes in his blog, the changes in the way the football is moved around the ground are very obvious when you watch a videotape of a game from 10 years ago.

And Neil is interested in hearing from the coaches in the outer and on the armchair who have ideas on how to deal with opposition tactics.

In our Crows Conversations blog this week, we are asking you to give us your ‘top five’ list of past players you most enjoyed watching.

Our blogs are a great opportunity for our members and supporters to share their thoughts and feelings with all of us at the club and with the thousands of people who visit our website. But each blog is limited to 50 different comments. And soon we will have some news about further additions to the website’s blogging options.
