Toyota’s Matt Tannock (Regional Sales Manager) and Trevor Greer (District Operations Manager) introduced the brand new Toyota 86 to the playing group on Tuesday.
The newest addition to Toyota’s fleet was released yesterday with a number of people already on the waiting list.
Toyota say they have achieved the optimum power-to-weight ratio, carefully balancing engine size and power against the car's weight. They describe the manufacturing as having an ultra-low centre of gravity (CoG), providing an exhilarating, ground-hugging experience.
Brodie Martin and coach Brenton Sanderson were able to take the vehicle for a spin, both impressed with its features and handling.
“I wish I could take it home,” Martin says.
