Scott Thompson is now equal second in the AFL Coaches Association Player of the Year award.
Thompson received three votes from the coaches for his performance in Sunday’s game against North Melbourne at Etihad Stadium. Essendon’s Jobe Watson now leads the award with 57 votes, two ahead of Matthew Boyd, Scott Pendlebury and Thompson.
Forward Taylor Walker was the only other Crow to receive a vote on Sunday.
