Jason Porplyzia and Nathan van Berlo will be attempting a sport of different kind, for a good cause.Porplyzia and van Berlo, who both juggled tennis with football throughout their junior years, will be taking part in the Gerard McCabe Jewellers Celebrity Tennis Challenge, on Saturday November 18 at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.All proceeds raised from the event will support the research of the Bone Growth Foundation.Other celebrities who have been handed a racket and set of sweatbands include comedians Corinne Grant and Colin Lane, Gary Sweet and Tamsyn Lewis from Dancing with the Stars, Macca and Cassie from Home and Away as well as a number of Australian tennis legends.The evening will also feature a ‘musical set’ from Anthony Callea.For more information please phone 8161 8055, or click here to visit the Bone Growth Foundation website.Bookings can be made through Ticketek on 132 849.
