Ben Hudson and Nathan van Berlo have been cleared to join full training to prepare to play this weekend.

Hudson, who has not played since damaging a knee in August last year, hopes to line up with North Adelaide while van Berlo, who broke his collarbone in round 11, is likely to make his return with South Adelaide.

Adelaide forward Trent Hentschel hopes to this week prove he has recovered from a corked thigh which forced him out of Friday night’s clash with the Kangaroos while Hayden Skipworth (hamstring) should be available this weekend.

Bernie Vince (knee) and Chris Knight (quad) are probably two weeks away from playing.

Andrew McLeod had surgery on his foot on Monday and will miss three or four games.
