Defender Andy Otten has been cleared of serious damage after injuring his reconstructed left knee at training on Monday.
Otten, 22, sent a scare through the Crows camp when he grabbed for his knee after a seemingly innocuous change of direction at training, but scans today have revealed only a minor medial strain.
He is expected to return to full training in 2-3 weeks.
Otten has played 41 games for Adelaide since being selected with pick No.27 in the 2007 AFL Draft.
The reliable backman established himself in the team in his second season at West Lakes, playing 24 games and finishing runner-up to Brisbane Lions midfielder Daniel Rich in the 2009 NAB Rising Star award, but missed the entire 2010 season after rupturing his anterior cruciate ligament in a pre-season training drill.
He made a successful comeback in round one last season and went on to play 15 games, ranking second at the Club in intercept marks and third in spoils.
