Scott Thompson 109pts
Currently sits in sixth place for total DT points in 2012. Thompson celebrated his 200th AFL game in typical fashion collecting a game-high 34 disposals and four tackles.
Rory Sloane 105pts
There was a lot of hype around Sloane’s DT prowess heading into the year and the nuggetty midfielder is proving those commentators right after averaging 115pts per game so far this season. Sloane had 21 touches, five marks and a massive eight tackles to post 105 DT points in round two.
Tom Lynch 103pts
Started as sub for the second week running, but was quickly thrown into the action after an injury to Richard Douglas. Lynch was impressive playing as a lead-up forward, the former Saint had 17 disposals, a game-high 11 marks and kicked two goals to score his highest DT total for his career with 103pts.
Nathan van Berlo 102pts
The Crows skipper was his reliable self against the Bulldogs, he had 23 disposals and nine tackles. Van Berlo has had a great start to 2012 and currently averaged 105 DT pts per round.
Taylor Walker 95pts
Walker currently leads the competition, alongside Eagle Josh Kennedy, for total goals and this great start to the season has seen the tall forward post some quality DT numbers in the first two rounds. Walker rounded out Adelaide’s top five DT point scorers in round two, after his 16 disposals and three goals against the Western Bulldogs.
