Podcasting is a method of subscribing to an RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feed which then delivers automatically updated audio files (mp3's) to your podcast client.
For instance, if you subscribe to Crow Call, then each time a new radio show is published to afc.com.au it will also be delivered directly to your podcast client.
