Match Day activities and entertainment
The Crows take on Carlton this Saturday at 2.40pm.
Make sure you arrive at the footy early so that the kids can be entertained in ‘Claude’s World’ which will be situated on Max Basheer Reserve. Activities for the kids include the rock climbing wall, a jumping castle, face painters, player autographs, plus much more
The Crows Supporter Group will be firing up their famous sausage sizzle under the marquee on Max Basheer Reserve. Supporters are encouraged to pop in and buy a snag, take a seat and listen to the acoustic sounds of ‘Rohan & Polly’ before heading into the ground.
Toyota are the home match sponsor and if you would like to get a close up look at the all new Toyota Hybrid Camry then head over to CROWmania where three Hybrid Camry’s will be on display from 12noon until 1.45pm.
On ground the club will pay tribute to the departed Robert Shirley, acknowledge some of the athletes that will represent SA in the 9th National Special Olympics which commence in Adelaide on Monday and if the weather is kind you’ll see the Adelaide Casino Ace Man paraglide into the stadium.
As usual there will be the regular pre match activities including the Adelaide Casino t-shirt launcher and the raising of the 19th Man flag. The on ground activities kick off at 2.10pm.
One lucky fan spotted drinking a 600ml Coke at ¾ time will win a BBQ with the players at the end of the season.
Brooksy’s Good Guys Shed Party
Opening times: Shed opens at 5.00pm
After the Game: Live Band “Idle Saints” and a DJ playing after the game, 1 Coach and 3 Player interviews about an hour after the game. There will be a raffle with great prizes, replay of the game; this week win: 1st Signed and Framed Guernsey, 2nd Signed ‘young guns’ poster, 3rd Signed team footy; tickets are only $2. All you have to do is fill out a B.O.G form, write who you think was best and win some fantastic prizes. Mingle and have a beer with the players or match day staff and hopefully enjoy a great win.
Ticket info: With the introduction of the new Crows Shed in the Westpac Centre this year members are reminded of the following entry requirements for post match functions: The Crows Shed (Westpac Centre) Entry is restricted to Gold Shed members, members who have purchased a Shed Season Pass, or people who have bought a daily Shed entry ticket. Members can gain entry by showing their Gold Shed membership card, Shed Season Pass or daily Shed ticket at the entrance. Shed Season passes are still available to purchase through the Member Service Centre and a limited number of daily Shed tickets will be available from two weeks prior to each game from CROWmania or by calling the Member Service Centre. Subject to availability, daily tickets will be available from the Member Service Centre pre-and post game. The old Shed venue has been re-named The Hanger and will be open before and after all games in 2010. Entry is free.
