Luke Brown has been recalled to Norwood’s side to play Port in tonight’s SANFL game at The Parade.
Brown, 19, had a taste of AFL a fortnight ago when he made his Crows debut against the GWS Giants. He has been named on a wing by Norwood.
Jarryd Lyons, another of the young Crows to debut in the AFL this year, will play in the midfield for Glenelg tomorrow in its home game against Central District. Tom Lynch has been named as an emergency for the Crows but may still appear for the Tigers.
In Saturday’s other game, Brad Crouch and rookie Rory Laird are in West Adelaide’s line-up while James Craig will be in the ruck and Lewis Johnston at centre half forward for North.
Five Crows could be in action for Sturt at Noarlunga on Sunday, if Richard Tambling is released by Adelaide to join Aidan Riley, Sam Kerridge, Matthew Jaensch and Tim McIntyre. South may be able to call on ruckman/forward Shaun McKernan.
Ben Dowdell (South) and Mitch Grigg (Norwood) are in the SANFL reserves.
