Adelaide young gun Sam Kerridge starred in the Crows’ thrilling one-point victory over the Kangaroos, booting six goals to record a career-best 126 Dream Team points.
The powerful 20-year-old also enjoyed 24 possessions, eight marks and one tackle in the round nine win.
Kerridge has been in a Dream Team purple patch averaging 99.7 points per game over the past three rounds; he’s also ranked as the most improved DT player within the competition.
Richard Douglas continues to build on his brilliant form in season 2013, registering another impressive DT score of 123 points against the Roos. ‘Dougy’ amassed 28 disposals, nine marks, four tackles and two crucial goals.
On the back of his significant round nine DT score, Douglas has now overtaken Scott Thompson to be Adelaide’s best Dream Team performer for the season with a total of 915 points (14th overall).
Dangerfield (121 points, 30 disposals) and Thompson (102 points, 24 disposals) again featured in Adelaide’s top five Dream Team point scorers; you’ve got to love how reliable they are!
Midfielder Bernie Vince again posted another quality DT score, producing 92 points from 21 possessions and two goals.
Vince has had a fantastic string of DT scores over the past five weeks averaging 99.2 per game.
Young gun
Having played four consecutive senior games, young midfielder Jarryd Lyons has enjoyed a significant DT price rise jumping up $49,600 since the beginning of the season. After 21 disposals and four tackles, Lyons scored 71 points against the Kangaroos.
