Patrick Dangerfield will represent Australia against Ireland in the 2014 International Rules Series.

This year’s format features a one-off test match to be held at Patersons Stadium in Perth on November 22.

Australia’s team will be comprised of All Australian players only, with Geelong captain Joel Selwood and Hawthorn skipper Luke Hodge joining Dangerfield as confirmed starters.

Reigning premiership coach Alastair Clarkson will coach the Australians. Fremantle’s Ross Lyon, Geelong’s Chris Scott and former Swan and Irish product Tadgh Kennelly will be Clarkson’s assistants.

Fans can vote on what jumper the Australians should don for the series, with two designs available.

Eddie Betts and Cam Ellis-Yolmen were the only current Crows to represent Australia in last year’s International Rules series in Ireland.

Australia lost both tests in the 2013 series, including a record 79-point defeat in the second match at Croke Park.
