Douglas to miss start of season
Richard Douglas will be sidelined for six weeks following surgery
Douglas suffered a heavy knock to the groin in the Club’s trial match win over Greater Western Sydney at Blacktown last Friday. He has undergone successful surgery to arrest persistent bleeding.
Crows Football Manager Phil Harper says medical advice indicates a six-week recovery period.
“Richard will unfortunately miss the start of the season but, as always, his health is our main priority,” Harper said.
“Importantly, he will make a full recovery.”
