“Talia continues to progress pretty slowly with his leg injury… we’ll give him every opportunity to get up but similar to last week he needs a fair bit to go right,” he said.
Half-back Brodie Smith, who was a late withdrawal from Sunday’s match due to a corked calf, also faces a test for selection this week.
Rising star contender Tom Doedee has been ruled out for the final match of the home and away season with a fractured collarbone.
Doedee collected the injury following a head-on collision with North Melbourne’s Jed Anderson during Adelaide’s nine-point win over the Kangaroos on Sunday.
“Unfortunately for Tommy, he fractured his collarbone in that collision… he’s seen the surgeon, so he’s booked in for next week and that’ll end his season,” Hass told AFC Media on Tuesday.
