Veteran midfielder Courtney Gum’s one-handed grab during Adelaide's 13-point win over St Kilda has been nominated for Mark of the Year.
The 38-year-old tracked a kick from teammate Angela Foley and in a congested midfield extended her right hand high in the air to pluck a mark.
Even as Gum backed into a St Kilda player, the mark was never in doubt.
She was nominated alongside Richmond’s Sabrina Frederick and Fremantle’s Roxanne Roux.

Gum is the second Crow to be nominated in two weeks, after Nikki Gore polled the most votes in Round One's Goal of the Year competition.
