The Crows could unveil another two debutants in Round Two, with rucks Caitlin Gould and Montana McKinnon named in the side’s extended squad of 23.
The 2019 draftees join experienced midfielder Sophie Li as the three additions to the squad ahead of Adelaide’s clash with St Kilda at Richmond Oval on Sunday.
Taken at pick No. 68 in the 2019 AFLW draft, Gould arrived at Adelaide after being named the ruck in the 2019 Team of the Year in her debut SANFL Women’s season.
She finished second in the League for hit-outs, along with being the leading clearance player in the SANFLW and ranking 11th for tackles.
McKinnon was Adelaide’s first pick in the 2019 draft.
The 18-year-old is a two-time All-Australian at U18 level and captained the Central Allies at the 2019 NAB AFLW U18 Championships.
Li, who missed Round One with concussion symptoms, will add invaluable experience to the side.
The 31-year-old former Blue joined Adelaide ahead of the 2019 season and went on to play all nine games, including her first AFLW premiership.
Full-time train-on player Rachelle Martin is the only exclusion from last week’s side, who is now ineligible for selection now that over 23 Crows players are fit.
The Crows will name their team of 21 on Friday at 3.30pm ACDT.
Hosting the Saints, Sunday’s match will mark Adelaide’s first game at new home ground Richmond Oval.
Fans will also have the chance to lay their eyes on the 2019 AFLW Premiership flag, which will be unveiled pre-game at approximately 4.15pm.
Members will also have the chance to win $500 cash plus a signed AFLW guernsey at the ground - find a Crows membership staff member to find out how!
It will also be the first chance for fans to collect their exclusive Crows AFLW stickers, with a new pack available at each home game this season.
The game will be broadcast live on Fox Footy and 7mate in Adelaide from 4.30pm local time.
