Adelaide’s SANFL team must keep winning to stay in the finals race.
A fourth consecutive win on Saturday – against fifth-placed South Adelaide – has reduced the gap between the Crows and the Panthers to four premiership points (two wins) and also given Adelaide a slight percentage advantage.
If the Crows win their last three games, South will need to win twice to hold its spot. The other team in the mix is Central District, which is two points and percentage behind South but only has two more games to play.
Adelaide’s next opponent is ladder leader Woodville-West Torrens. The Eagles are three wins clear on top with West, Port and Norwood in a three-way battle for second and third positions.
