Glenelg celebrated the reunion of its 1985-86 premiership sides by winning its first game of the SANFL season on Monday.
North Adelaide slipped to the bottom of the premiership table after Glenelg stormed to a 35-point win by kicking the last six goals of the game.

Top side Norwood survived a scare on Sunday at The Parade after West Adelaide kicked three late goals to cut the final margin to six points.
The scores were level at the last break but Norwood was able to kick clear with four consecutive goals before West made the late surge.
Central District fought hard at Elizabeth before going down by eight points against Port Adelaide on Saturday.
Sturt’s hopes of climbing into the top five were dashed by Adelaide at Unley on Saturday. The Crows kicked their highest ever score in the competition to win by 49 points.
The next round will be played across two weekends.
