Tony Modra recalls his ten-goal mark of the year game in the next episode of The Crows Show.
Adelaide’s goalkicking sensation recalls his high-flying moment against North Melbourne in 1993, when he jumped onto a pack in the goalsquare at the southern end of Football Park.
“It was just a great day I guess,” Modra says. “It was just lucky for me that I took a bit of a run-up and had Mark Mickan and a couple of other guys there waiting as a stepladder.”
The third episode of the new club-produced show – which airs on Channel 7 Adelaide at 11.30am on Sunday – also features some audio clips of coach Phil Walsh from inside the coaching box, match to game footage.
Crows SANFL captain Ian Callinan wore a video camera at a training session with the Crows development squad, fitness coach Matthew Bode discusses the value of the pre-game warm-up and Sam Kerridge spends a minute on the sofa with presenter Alana Smith.
The Crows Show segments will be available on the Club website and app on Sunday afternoon.
