The Western Bulldogs have made four changes to their team to play Adelaide on Sunday.
Midfield duo Marcus Bontempelli and Matthew Boyd, defender Easton Wood and forward Clay Smith have been recalled. Smith will make his AFL return after nearly a year on the sidelines with a knee injury. He was named best on ground for Footscray in his VFL comeback from a second knee reconstruction last weekend.
Boyd, Bontempelli and Wood all missed the Dogs’ clash with Hawthorn in Tasmania last weekend because of minor injuries. Wood will add height to Dogs defence looking to combat the top-of-the-table Crows.
Injuried duo Dale Morris (pectoral) and Mitch Wallis (back), defender Brett Goodes and ruckman Will Minson are the omissions. All-Australian ruckman Minson has been omitted leaving Ayce Cordy to do the ruck work with Tom Boyd against Crow Sam Jacobs.
The Western Bulldogs team is:

C: Tory Dickson, Liam Picken, Jack Macrae
HF: Luke Dahlhaus, Koby Stevens, Nathan Hrovat
