Two-time Showdown Medallist Sam Jacobs will return against Port Adelaide on Saturday night.
Jacobs, 28, has missed the past two games because of a minor ankle injury. The experienced ruckman replaces promoted rookie Reilly O’Brien, who impressed in Jacobs’ absence.
It’s the only change to the Crows team that beat Fremantle in Perth last weekend.
Cam Ellis-Yolmen, Ricky Henderson and promising forward Jono Beech, who has been promoted to Adelaide’s primary squad in place of the injured Sam Shaw, are the emergencies.
Wingman Paul Seedsman will miss another match as he recovers from a nasty corked buttock sustained in the Club’s win over the Brisbane Lions in Round 20.
Brilliant forward Eddie Betts will celebrate his 250th AFL game on Saturday night.
A noted Showdown performer, Betts has kicked 19 goals in five matches against Port Adelaide since joining the Crows ahead of the 2014 season. See more of his career statistics.
A Power ‘home’ game, Saturday night’s match is sold out. Opening bounce is at 7:10pm (local).
