Toyota National Tree Day

The pair are pictured here planting a sapling at Max Basheer Reserve in the lead-up to the National Tree Day to be held on Sunday 1st August.
This year marks the 11th year of Toyota's support of Planet Ark's National Tree Day with Friday 30th July set aside as Schools Tree Day. The entire Crows team will visit the winning SA school on Monday 2nd August and help them plant trees in their school yard.
Planet Ark's National Tree day began in 1996 and has grown to become Australia's biggest community tree planting event.
Toyota's sponsorship of national tree day highlights Toyota's ongoing commitment to preserving the environment.
Planet Ark and Toyota are calling on Australians to help plant a million new native shrubs and trees.
At last weekend’s game against Geelong, Toyota had a Hybrid Camry display outside CROWmania, and gave away seedling packets and information packs about Toyota National tree day.
