The Brisbane Lions have recalled high draft pick Josh Schache for Saturday night’s clash with the Crows at Adelaide Oval.
First-year player Schache, the son of 1993 Woodville-West Torrens premiership forward Laurence, missed last week through soreness. He has kicked 16 goals in 16 AFL games in his first season.
Defender Darcy Gardiner also returns from an ankle injury that stopped the 20-year-old from playing against Port Adelaide.
They replace Michael Close and Tom Cutler.
