Adelaide will receive a second-round selection in exchange for key forward Josh Jenkins after a trade deal was struck with Geelong on Wednesday evening.
The Crows have acquired pick No.37 at this year's draft in exchange for the 30-year-old and a future third-round selection, on-traded from Gold Coast.
Jenkins played 147 games for Adelaide after joining the Club from Essendon at the end of 2011.
Crows General Manager List Management and Strategy Justin Reid thanked Jenkins for his contribution to the Club over the past eight seasons.
“Josh has been a valuable contributor to our Club for almost 150 games with a return of nearly 300 goals, which is a great achievement,” Reid said.
“We wish Josh, Hannah and little Lottie Blake all the very best for the future.
“They will always be welcome at the Club.”
Adelaide currently holds selections 4, 23, 28, 37, 45 and 49 in next month’s National Draft.
