Adelaide forward Mitch McGovern has completed a short running session ahead of Friday night’s Preliminary Final against Geelong.
McGovern reported soreness in his left hamstring, which is not the one he injured earlier in the season, after training at the weekend.
Crows Head of Football Brett Burton said scan results had not shown anything of significant concern.
“Mitch was able to do some running this morning which is encouraging, however he will appear unlikely to be available for this week,” Burton said.
“Given the time of the year, we will push his rehabilitation on to give him every chance to be available as soon as possible.”
