Crunch the numbers from Adelaide's pre-season campaign
Adelaide’s powerful forward line helped the Crows finish as the second-highest scoring team in the JLT Community Series with 285 points, behind only Collingwood (304).
Comeback Crow Andy Otten took eight intercept marks during the JLT Series – ranked equal-second among defenders during the pre-season.
Adelaide took 32 contested marks – the second-most of any club during the pre-season behind Richmond (33).
Curtly Hampton ranked second in the competition for total pressure acts during the JLT Community Series with 67. Brisbane’s Dayne Zorko ranked No.1 with 86 pressure acts.
Three Crows gained more than 1,000 metres for their team during the pre-season. Line-breaking left-footer Rory Atkins led the way with 1,226 metres (ninth in the AFL) ahead of Rory Laird (1,174) and Brodie Smith (1,143).
The Crows conceded the second-lowest number of free kicks during the JLT Series with 46 frees paid against the Club.
Defenders Kyle Hartigan (287 minutes), Daniel Talia (284) and Andy Otten (278) played the most minutes for the Crows during the JLT Series.
Adelaide’s scoring accuracy was just over 60 per cent - ranked seventh among all clubs. Brisbane was the most efficient team up forward with 77 per cent conversion.
