Who was your most valuable Crow in Sunday’s 76-point win over Richmond?
Adelaide was clinical after quarter-time against the Tigers, booting 16.14 to 4.1 in the final three stanzas to register a resounding victory and become the last remaining undefeated AFL team in the process.
The Crows had standouts across the ground against the Tigers, making the task of narrowing it down to just three players extremely difficult.
Current MVP leader Rory Sloane had another stellar performance, tallying 33 disposals, eight marks, eight tackles and an equal career-high three goals.
He received outstanding support from the Crouch brothers with Matt (38 disposals, eight clearances) and Brad (26 disposals, nine clearances) providing their usual grunt inside the Crows’ engine room.
Rory Laird provided plenty of drive off half-back with 34 disposals at 94% efficiency, eight rebound 50s and a team-high 728 metres gained with fellow backmen Daniel Talia, Jake Lever and Jake Kelly all standing tall to repel the opposition’s forward forays.
Captain Taylor Walker booted five goals and a pair of goal assists, Tom Lynch (three goals, two goal assists) also hit the scoreboard while ruckman Sam Jacobs was dominant, recording 50 hitouts to go with 26 disposals, nine marks, eight inside 50s and a goal.
Fans can login or register here for free to vote for their three top Crows after every game of the 2017 season.
One lucky participant after each round will claim a signed Hertz Crows football, courtesy of the Club’s official match ball partner, simply by voting.
Polls opens immediately after every Crows game. Users assign three votes to the player they deem Adelaide’s best contributor, two to the second-best and one vote for their third most valuable Crow in each match.
Polling closes on Tuesday at 4.30pm (SA time) after each round when the final votes are collated using a points system.
A maximum of 100 points per game can be awarded to the entire team. Each player is given a percentage of the total votes received to go towards their season tally (For example, if 1,200 votes were placed in Round One and Taylor Walker receives 600 then that is the equivalent of 50 per cent of all votes for that round and he would receive 50 points towards his season tally. If the second best player received 120 votes from 1,200 then that is the equivalent of 10 per cent and he will get 10 votes towards the season tally).
This process is repeated each round and players accumulate points towards their season tally. The player at the top of the leaderboard at the end of the season is crowned the Crows Fans’ MVP.
