Erin Phillips polled a perfect 10 votes from the coaches in her remarkable return from injury.

After missing the opening two rounds with a quad injury, Phillips kicked four goals to inspire Adelaide to victory over the previously undefeated Western Bulldogs on Saturday.

The reigning AFLW best and fairest, who had 11 contested possessions, finished with 15 disposals in the home team’s thrilling seven-point win.

Crows co-captains Phillips and Chelsea Randall (seven) were the highest vote-getters at Norwood Oval.

The leading possession-winner on the ground, Randall amassed a round-high 24 touches and now ranks second in the AFLW for total disposals (59).

Randall also led the League for contested possessions (15) and hard-ball gets (six) on the weekend, and applied six tackles.

The courageous utility has polled votes from the coaches in all three games this season to sit equal-second on the leaderboard, just one vote (17) behind Melbourne skipper Daisy Pearce (18).

Rising Star winner Ebony Marinoff received four votes from coaches Bec Goddard and Paul Groves.

Marinoff had 21 disposals, five score involvements and generated an equal-round high five inside 50ms on Saturday afternoon. The 20-year-old, who leads the League for tackles after three rounds, laid 15 against the Bulldogs – one shy of the AFLW record.

Marinoff was also one of four Crows selected in AFL Media’s Team of the Week.

Dogs onballers Emma Kearney (four) and Ellie Blackburn (three) also earned votes at Norwood Oval, and sit top five on the overall leaderboard. Dual-sport athlete Monique Conti (two) rounded out the voting on Saturday.

Phillips was the only player to earn maximum votes in Round Three.

Pearce received nine votes in Melbourne’s loss to Fremantle on Sunday to overtake injured Carlton defender Brianna Davey at the top of the leaderboard.
