Adelaide and West Coast have faced off 47 times since the Crows joined the league in 1991.
The Eagles hold a five-game advantage in the win count - 26 to 21 - following their Round 10 victory at Adelaide Oval earlier this year.
Adelaide has a mixed record when facing West Coast in Perth, having won three of a possible six games in the past 10 years - including the Club’s biggest win over the Eagles, an 86-point drubbing in Round 23, 2013.
This will be the second time the Crows play at the new Optus Stadium and the first time against the Eagles.
Over the past five games, Matt Crouch has been the standout player with an average AFL rating of 132.7.
The younger of the Crouch brothers has averaged 35.3 touches, 8.7 tackles and 2.7 marks per match.
OTTEN PROTEGE: Crows SANFL defender stepping up
West Coast’s Andrew Gaff was not far behind with an average rating of 124 - thanks to 35.8 touches and 5.5 marks per game.
Last time the Crows took on the Eagles in Perth (Round 23, 2017), the Crouch brothers broke two records - the most combined disposals by brothers in a home and away season game (87) and the most combined total disposals by brothers in a season (1,202).
In the match, Matt (45) and Brad (42) also set (at the time) career-best figures for disposals in a game.
Both have since surpassed that - Matt with 46 touches against North Melbourne in Round 22, 2018 and Brad with 43 touches against Richmond in Round 13 this year.
The Round 21 match will be just the third time this season the Crows have played on Sunday (following Gold Coast in Round Five and Fremantle in Round Seven).
SLOANE FOCUSSED: Crows co-captain is ready for Eagles
The Eagles, in comparison, have played five matches on Sunday - three wins and two losses.
If Adelaide wins, it can rise as high as seventh on the ladder (depending on the result of Essendon v the Western Bulldogs).
West Coast could move to top of the AFL ladder if Geelong fails to beat North Melbourne on Saturday night.
Don Pyke, who won two premierships as a player for West Coast, has coached against his old club on five occasions for a record of two wins and three losses.
Eagles coach Adam Simpson has faced the Crows eight times for a return of five wins and three losses.
