Crows midfielder Matt Crouch headlines three inclusions to the side set to take on Greater Western Sydney at Adelaide Oval on Saturday night.
Crouch returns to the AFL line-up after overcoming a hip injury he sustained in Round Eight.
“Matt completed everything he needed to at main training and the movements that were giving him concerns in previous weeks were all resolved,” Crows Head of Football Brett Burton said.
Veteran Richard Douglas has also been named on the back of a strong performance in the SANFL last Saturday, in which he collected 31 disposals, eight clearances and seven marks.
SANFL: Four inclusions for Round Nine
Kyle Hartigan is the final inclusion, returning to the team after going out as a late change in Darwin.
“The Giants have three tall forwards so Harto comes in to provide us with another tall defender,” Burton said.
The trio come in for Hugh Greenwood, Bryce Gibbs and David Mackay, who have all been omitted.
Burton said the omissions were a result of the current depth of Adelaide’s list, with 43 of 44 players available.
“It’s unfortunate for the guys who miss out because it’s less about the form of players and more about team balance,” Burton said.

Rory Sloane (hamstring) has also been named in the side after completing main training on Thursday, but faces a final fitness test on Friday.
“Rory did everything he needed to do today and he will have another test tomorrow - we’ll give him every chance to play,” Burton said.
Reilly O’Brien holds his position in the ruck with Sam Jacobs given another week to progress towards full match fitness in the SANFL.
The Crows will take on the Giants at Adelaide Oval on Saturday night from 7.10pm ACST.
The game will also be broadcast live on Channel 7 and Fox Footy from 7pm.
