A dominant second half from the SANFL Crows has earned them a 37-point win over Norwood at Coopers Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
After a close first half, Adelaide kicked eight goals to two after half time to run out 13.10 (88) to 6.15 (51) winners.
The AFL-listed players led the way.
In the midfield, Patrick Wilson (27 disposals, nine marks and two goals) and Riley Knight (22 touches, seven tackles and two goals) impressed.
Bryce Gibbs negated a strong tag to finish with 22 disposals and 10 clearances.
Up forward, Elliott Himmelberg was strong overhead and kicked three goals while Shane McAdam slotted two, including a three-bounce running goal to seal the game.
The Crows defensive unit contributed to Norwood’s low-scoring second half, especially Andy Otten (22 disposals and six rebound 50s) and Jordon Butts (20 disposals and eight marks).
Defender Will Hamill played a solid game against one of the quickest players in the league – former Crows rookie Anthony Wilson – using his own speed to curb his influence.
Development squad member Hamish Latchford also played well with 22 disposals and six inside 50s.

SANFL Crows coach Heath Younie said it was as good a game that he has seen as State League level since he started coaching at the level.
“It was a high-quality game, two good teams going at it and full credit to Norwood, I thought they had great intent early,” Younie said.
“But to our guys credit, we kept them to two goals in the second half defensively and were able to score on the back of that.
“I’m really proud of our efforts.”
Younie said he was pleased the highest disposal getter for the team had 27, reflecting a true team effort.
“I know when we get that sort of even contribution across the board, that we will be in a good position,” he said.
“We will be a hard team to beat.”
Next week, the SANFL Crows will travel to Port Pirie for the annual regional Showdown against Port Adelaide.
