Adelaide is excited to secure versatile running defender Isaac Cumming from GWS.
The 26-year-old joins the Crows as an unrestricted free agent after playing 81 games for the Giants including in the past two finals series.
Cumming was drafted with Pick No.20 in 2016 from the Giants’ Academy and has twice finished inside the top-10 of their best-and-fairest.
Hailing from North Broken Hill – the same junior club as Taylor Walker – Cumming also has an existing relationship with Crows Senior Coach Matthew Nicks from their time together at GWS.
Crows GM List Management and Strategy Justin Reid described the 188cm Cumming as a high-quality player and teammate who has his best football in front of him.
“We are obviously thrilled that Isaac has decided to join our Club and he is a significant addition to our list,” Reid said.
“We’ve followed him closely at GWS and we like his versatility, he can play in defence and on the wing, is a strong runner, courageous and a good overhead mark for his size.
“He brings experience and leadership to our team which will help us improve so we are looking forward to having him on board.”
