Adelaide will not make a call on Kurt Tippett’s availability for Saturday’s clash with Fremantle until later this week.

Tippett has been training with the squad for the past week but it will be up to the club’s medical team (with Tippett) to decide when he can return to the field.

David Mackay (broken toe) is also a chance to return this week after missing one match.

Jason Porplyzia, who copped a heavy knock in the first half before being subbed off, has not been ruled out yet.

Ricky Henderson (ankle), Andy Otten (knee) and Brodie Martin (hamstring) are all hoping to be ready to play later this season.

Rookie Dylan Orval is ready to resume this weekend in the SANFL after a long absence with a knee injury.

Adelaide has a light training session on Tuesday from 10am. The team to play Fremantle will have a light run on Friday morning (AAMI Stadium) from about 10.30am.
