Former Australian cricketer Greg Blewett has been unveiled as the third ‘dunkee’ ahead of the SA Freeze at Adelaide Oval on Thursday night.

Blewett, who played 46 Test matches for Australia, will take the icy plunge alongside former Crows Skipper Rory Sloane and fellow Triple M radio presenter, Andrew Jarman.

The Crows are joining the fight against MND by staging the first SA Freeze ahead of their Round 13 match against Richmond.

It will kick-start a big weekend for FightMND which culminates with the 10th anniversary of the Big Freeze at the MCG on the King’s Birthday Monday.

“South Australians, this is your chance to help fight MND and get behind it,” Blewett said.

“There’s so many South Australians doing it tough fighting this horrible disease and I can’t wait for Thursday night to be dunked.”

Other celebrity dunkers will be announced in the coming days.
