Adelaide will open its 2024 AFLW campaign with a Showdown under lights at Alberton Oval on August 31 in one of four night games for the season.
After travelling to Fremantle in Week Two, the Crows will then play back-to-back home games on a Sunday afternoon at Unley Oval in Weeks Three and Four against Hawthorn and Essendon.
There will be three games under lights at The Parade in October against St Kilda, Melbourne and North Melbourne, and interstate Crows supporters will get the opportunity to see the team play live with trips to Perth, Brisbane and Sydney, as well as Melbourne and Geelong.
The AFL has increased the season from 10 to 11 games this year, meaning Adelaide will celebrate Pride Round across two matches in Week Seven, hosting Melbourne at Norwood Oval on Wednesday night, before travelling to Sydney for a Sunday twilight match against GWS.
Indigenous Round will also be celebrated across two weeks (Weeks Nine and 10), with Adelaide facing North Melbourne at Norwood Oval, and then Geelong at GMHBA Stadium.
The final week of the home and away season has been left as a floating fixture and will be confirmed later in the year.
Crows CEO Tim Silvers said a combination of day and night timeslots at two popular venues would provide fans of all ages the opportunity to support the team.
“A range of timeslots including a mid-week match will give our supporters every opportunity to come out and support our AFLW team,” Silvers said.
“Both Norwood and Unley have provided fantastic atmospheres for our home games in the past, and from a football perspective, we have been able to retain the majority of our squad which reached a preliminary final last year.
“Our players have continued to work hard in the off-season and we are excited to have them officially back at the Club for pre-season training on Monday.”
