Adelaide will be looking to set the tone for the Club when it takes on Port Adelaide in a SANFL Showdown at Adelaide Oval on Thursday afternoon.
The Crows have made four changes to the squad that went down to North Adelaide last weekend.
Included in the squad for the SANFL Showdown are defenders James Borlase, Will Hamill, father-son product Tyler Welsh and development-listed player Jarman Sigal.
Billy Dowling, Karl Gallagher, Harry Schoenberg, Hugh Bond, Chris Burgess, Kieran Strachan, Charlie Edwards and Zac Taylor are the AFL-listed players named.
Forwards Stephen Tahana, Toby Murray, Jack Madgen, Josh Smithson and Jay Boyle are among the development listed players included in the squad.
Backman Jordon Butts has been re-called to the Club’s AFL side after recovery from a hamstring strain, while recruit Dan Curtin is out, having earned his AFL debut.
SANFL-listed player Sam Daniele comes out of the squad, while forward Lachlan Murphy has been named on the AFL emergencies list.
The match will be the 20th SANFL Showdown and the record stands at 10-nine in Port Adelaide’s favour.
The SANFL match will begin at 3.20pm on Thursday and serve as a curtain raiser to the AFL Showdown between the crosstown rivals, which kicks off at 7pm.
