LAST WEEK’S NEWS
The Crows got off to a flying start to the season with an impressive 77pt win over the Kangaroos and our captain Taylor Walker (FWD, $449,000) lead from the front. He fell just two points shy of his personal best Fantasy score of all time of 148 (Vs Melb, 2012). Also cashing in was Eddie Betts (FWD, $415,000) with 130 and Rory Sloane (MID, $596,000) with 112.
ON THE RADAR
It’s not too late to trade in Nathan Van Berlo (MID, $282,000), but you need to do it soon. He rose $10,000 in price this week after his score of 70 and will only will continue to rise over the coming month.
After a disappointing pre-season of Fantasy scores, Brodie Smith (DEF, $470,000) appears to have stood up when it truly mattered. He scored 93 and must be on your radar as he aims to be one of the best scoring defenders in 2015.
WHAT’S COMING UP
Next week the mighty Crows take on a confident Collingwood. Watch out for a big game from Sam Jacobs (RUC, $546,000). Last week, Stefan Martin (87) and Matthew Leuenberger (76) we convincing winners with a total of 46 hit outs against Collingwood’s only ruckman Brodie Grundy, and this week Jacobs will look to build on his score of 88 from round one.
