She kicked 16 goals in 14 games for Bond University in the QAFLW this season, helping the Bull Sharks to the premiership.

Following a strong season with Bond University, Tarlinton was selected to represent Queensland in the state game against Tasmania and was also invited to train with the Brisbane Lions.
