IMELDA LYNCH
It has been a privilege, utilising my over 30 years' experience as an executive and board director in the sporting, public, private and not for profit sectors, to serve on the Board. My career has provided significant and diverse experiences which enabled me to contribute strongly to the Club's strategic direction, governance and risk management.
I am a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and currently hold the following positions: Chair ACH Group, Director Bellberry Ltd, and the Australian Medical Research Advisory Board.
As a member elected Director, I have spent time engaging and listening to our supporter groups and members ensuring concerns have been heard and where possible, addressed. Member feedback is of the utmost importance and if re-elected it would be a pleasure to continue to facilitate the views of members and supporters.
I Chair the Club's History and Tradition Committee, have been a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and support the Past Players and Officials Board and Heritage Committee, all providing a deep understanding of our rich history and the extraordinary people who support our Club.
The Club's future is exciting as we execute the build of our Thebarton home. On field 2025 needs to be 'a steady as she goes' approach as we build and gain momentum one game at a time.
It will be an honour to serve for a second term and I would appreciate your support for my re-election.

MATTHEW PARBS
Having been a member of the Adelaide Crows since their inception, I feel it is time to give back to the club and apply for the vacant board position.
Being a foundation member in my early 40’s with young children of my own, I feel it puts me in a unique position to be able to provide representation for the younger members. Hopefully providing these fans an opportunity to experience success at an AFL level we have not seen since 1997, 98.
I have been the managing director of my own building company, however since 2020 after building an investment portfolio it has allowed me the opportunity to stay at home and look after our children, which has been beneficial for our family. It has also given me the opportunity to put time into things I am passionate about. The Adelaide Crows being one of them.
In 2023 I joined the Members Engagement Panel which was an experience that really lit the fire of wanting to be involved further with the club.
I have served as Vice President of an SAAFL club and helped it navigate out of a long period of limited success and financial struggle. With my fellow board members, we laid the foundation for what brought success on and off field.
Having this opportunity to be appointed to the board of the Adelaide Crows, it would allow me to be a voice the fans can resonate with and contribute to returning this club to greatness once again.
