Adelaide will play Sydney in a Semi-Final at Norwood Oval on Saturday night.
The AFL released the fixture for week two of the AFLW finals series on Sunday afternoon, with the Crows hosting the Swans in a Saturday night blockbuster.
Adelaide lost its Qualifying Final against Brisbane, but earned a double chance after finishing the minor round top of the ladder.
Sydney, meanwhile, won its Elimination Final against Gold Coast, helping it advance to the second week of the finals series.
Adelaide plays Sydney in the first Semi-Final at Norwood Oval on Saturday, November 18, at 7.15pm.
Tickets will go on sale via Ticketmaster on Monday, November 13, at 2pm for Crows AFLW Members and 4pm for the general public.
The match will be broadcast live on Channel 7, Adelaide.
The winner of the match will play North Melbourne in a Preliminary Final the following weekend.
