Collingwood will welcome back former skipper Nick Maxwell, defender Alan Toovey and Clinton Young for Thursday night’s clash with Adelaide.
The trio replaces the omitted Josh Thomas, Taylor Adams and Ben Kennedy.
Maxwell returns after missing Collingwood’s win over Carlton with a minor back complaint. Toovey, like Maxwell, was a late omission against Carlton because of hamstring soreness. Young also missed the Pies’ most recent match because of injury.
