Adelaide defender Tom Doedee has entered the AFL’s concussion protocols and he is unavailable for selection this week.

Following Sunday afternoon’s Round 10 win over St Kilda, Doedee presented with symptoms of delayed concussion and he will be further assessed in coming days.

Crows High Performance Manager Darren Burgess said player welfare was always the Club’s priority and it would take a cautious approach with Doedee’s return to training.

Ruckman Kieran Strachan has also entered the protocols after suffering a concussion in Saturday’s SANFL loss to Sturt and he will also be unavailable for selection this weekend.
