Adelaide’s SANFL side will be boosted by the return of AFL-listed midfielder Harry Schoenberg for its match against North Adelaide at Prospect Oval on Saturday.

Schoenberg, who was used as the substitute during the Round Seven AFL match against Collingwood, has been named for this weekend’s State League clash with the Roosters.

The 22-year-old will help cover the midfield loss of second-year player Zac Taylor, who is going to miss about three months with a Lisfranc injury.

SANFL-listed forward Isaya Mckenzie and defender Riley Clamp round out the inclusions.

On-baller Ned McHenry, forward Elliott Himmelberg and defender Patrick Parnell are exclusions from the side, having been named as emergencies for the Club’s AFL team.

The Crows will also don their new Indigenous guernsey for the first time in 2023 against North Adelaide.

The jumper, which will be worn by all three of Adelaide’s teams, was designed by Anmatyerr educator and artist April Napangardi Campbell from the Ti Tree community in the Northern Territory.

Campbell is the aunty of two-time AFLW Premiership star Danielle Ponter.

The Crows take on North Adelaide at Prospect Oval on Saturday at 2.10pm.
