Richmond has had the upper hand in recent times though, winning three of the past five meetings.
The last time the sides played was in Round Five 2022, where the Crows won by 19-points.

Walker has always delivered up forward when Adelaide has met Richmond, kicking 39 goals from 14 games.
The veteran forward has never been held goalless against the Tigers, averaging 2.8 goals a game.
Richmond Brownlow Medallist Dustin Martin has proven a handful for Adelaide with his ability to play multiple positions, averaging 27.6 disposals, six inside 50’s and 2.2 goals in his last five games against the club.
Tigers spearhead Jack Riewoldt has been just as damaging, averaging 2.2 goals a game in the past five meetings to go along with 14.2 disposals and 6.8 marks.
The Tigers have struggled to win at Adelaide Oval in their 17 games played at the stadium, managing just seven wins. Adelaide has five wins and two losses against Richmond since the move to Adelaide Oval in 2014.
Richmond has a losing record in South Australia – only managing 17 wins from 47 games played.
