The inaugural AFL Women’s Grand Final will be contested at Metricon Stadium at 1pm AEST on Saturday, March 25.
Adelaide advanced to the decider after defeating Collingwood by 24 points at Olympic Park Oval on Sunday afternoon.
The undefeated Brisbane Lions earned the right to host the final in Queensland by finishing top of the AFL Women’s ladder.
A final inspection of the surface at the Gabba on Monday morning found the stadium’s turf was unsuitable to host the clash.
Brisbane's AFL team is scheduled to confront the Gold Coast Suns at the venue at 7.05pm later in the evening.
Access to the AFL Women's Grand Final will be free to the public. Fans wishing the attend the AFL match will be required to purchase tickets.
The AFLW Grand Final will be broadcast live on the Seven Network and FoxFooty.
