Midfielder Patrick Wilson has finished as Adelaide’s leading vote-getter in Wednesday night’s 2018 Magarey Medal count.
At the SANFL ceremony at Adelaide Oval, the 23-year-old polled 11 votes, five ahead of fellow midfielder Cam Ellis-Yolmen.
A consistent 2018 season also saw him crowned Adelaide’s State League Club Champion on Friday night.

Former Crow Mitch Grigg won back-to-back Magarey Medals after a brilliant year with minor premiers Norwood.
He won in a close count with 26 votes, ahead of Central’s Travis Schiller (24 votes) and South’s Nick Liddle and the Eagles’ James Boyd (both 22).
Wilson’s voting got underway in Round Six where he earned two votes in Adelaide’s 22-point loss to North Adelaide.

Big-bodied midfielders Wilson and Ellis-Yolmen were again acknowledged for their influence in the 41-goal game against North Adelaide, with three and two votes respectively.

Ellis-Yolmen also picked up another two votes against Glenelg in Round 18, after having 40 touches and 14 clearances.
