Adelaide has traded versatile defender Billy Frampton to Collingwood in exchange for a future third round selection.

Frampton joined the Crows from Port Adelaide at the end of 2019 and played 21 AFL games in three seasons, taking his career tally to 24 games.

Crows General Manager List Management and Strategy Justin Reid thanked Frampton for his contribution to the Club.

“Billy has been a popular and valued member of our playing group for the past three years,” Reid said.

“He showed his capabilities at AFL level and was a consistent performer in the SANFL.

“We wish him and his partner Sydney all the best with their next move and the next chapter in Billy’s football career.”
