It was a fairly forgettable round of Dream Team scores for the Crows, with just three players notching up scores over the 90-point mark.

Patrick Dangerfield (111pts) and Jason Porplyzia (108pts) were the two shining lights in a tough day for the Crows, as they went down to Geelong by 27-points.

He’s back
Jason Porplyzia's had a fantastic three weeks of Dream Team form, averaging 102.3 points per round. He was a standout for the Crows in round 18, gathering 20 possessions, nine marks and two goals. Porps is really starting to return to his best; he’s moving well, getting plenty of possessions and kicking goals. DT coaches can expect some big scores from the talented forward in the final five rounds.

Finding consistency
After returning to top DT form with 118 points in Rd 17, Patrick Dangerfield proved he’s finding greater consistency, backing up with a strong 111 DT point performance against the Cats. 2012 has been a big year for the exciting midfielder and he has jumped up $68,900 in value.

Walker worth the wait
After three weeks on the sidelines and playing against one of the AFL’s strongest defensive outfits, you could forgive Taylor Walker for being a little rusty in round 18. Walker posted just 40 DT points against Geelong, but don’t panic, the powerful Crows forward will be better for the run and will be setting himself for a big performance against Essendon on Sunday.

In the mix
Sam Jacobs missed Adelaide’s clash against Geelong due to some hamstring tightness, but the in-form Crows ruckman hopes to be right for the clash with Essendon. Jacobs has averaged 109.7 points in his last three outings and Dream Teams around the country will be keen for the big man to return.

Athletic young defender Sam Shaw is also a chance to return to the Crows side this week. He is recovering from a eye injury, which he sustained against the GWS Giants in round 16. Shaw has been impressive after making his debut in round four this year and has gone up $106,400 in DT value.
