Ben Davis rounds out the AFL additions after serving as the medical substitute against the Power on Saturday.
Jackson Hately and Matt Crouch failed to qualify for the SANFL Finals and have been omitted.
Development players Hayden Kernahan, Riley Clamp and Jack Lewis round out the inclusions for the extended squad.
Adelaide’s final 22-man team will be announced on Saturday.
